All Regrade devices come with a 12-month warranty covering defects, functionality issues, and hardware problems. Our goal is to ensure that every device you purchase performs like new. If you encounter any issue, our warranty claim process is simple and transparent.

Step 2: Upload any photos or videos showing the issue (optional but recommended).
Step 3: Our team will review your claim carefully.
Step 4: You will be contacted via email or phone within 2–3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
Step 5: Based on evaluation, your device will be repaired, replaced, or further instructions provided.
