Regrade started with a simple question: “Why is buying a used phone still a gamble?” In a market full of vague listings and no accountability, we decided to bring structure, transparency and proper after-sales support to pre-owned tech.
“Used” was too random.
For most people, buying second-hand meant meeting strangers, guessing the condition, and hoping the device wouldn’t die after a week. No clear grading, no formal policies, and definitely no proper warranty.

You get 12 months of limited coverage: full coverage (including screen) in the first 7 days, then hardware-only for the rest of the year, following Regrade’s official warranty policy.
7-day change-of-mind returns.
Not the right fit? If the device is unused, in its original condition with all accessories and packaging, and the physical grade unchanged, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1. Sourcing clean stock
We source primarily from vetted partners, trade-in programs and trusted suppliers. Devices are screened for authenticity and blacklist status before anything else.
2. Testing & grading
Technicians run diagnostics, check battery health, verify cameras and sensors, wipe data, remove FRP/iCloud and then assign a cosmetic grade: Excellent or Good.
3. Packaging, shipping & support
Every device is sanitized, packed with the required accessories and dispatched to UAE mainland addresses via trusted couriers, with tracking and support if anything goes wrong in transit.

- Battery health typically ≥ 90% (or passes our diagnostics for non-iPhone devices).

12-month limited warranty
Every certified device from Regrade comes with a 12-month limited warranty. For the first 7 days after delivery, all components — including the display — are covered against eligible hardware defects. From day 8 to month 12, coverage applies to internal hardware, excluding the screen, as per our warranty terms.
7-day change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind? You can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery as long as the device is unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging, and the physical grade (Excellent/Good) unchanged.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the customer. For approved defective or warranty-related cases, Regrade covers return shipping under our policies.
UAE mainland delivery
We currently ship across UAE mainland using trusted couriers. Typical delivery time is around 2–3 working days after order confirmation, depending on inspection, stock and location.
