Acceptance of Terms

How customers accept these Terms when using Regrade.

By browsing the website, placing an order, completing payment, confirming a Cash on Delivery order, or using any Regrade service, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service, the relevant product page, and all policies linked on the website or checkout page.

Customers should read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order.

04

Product Status, Condition & Grades

How Regrade describes certified pre-owned, renewed, and refurbished products.

Products sold by Regrade are certified pre-owned, renewed, or refurbished unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products are not sold as brand-new manufacturer-sealed products unless the product page clearly states that the item is brand new.

Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony, and other brand names are used only to identify compatible or original branded products. Regrade is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those brands unless expressly stated.

Regrade uses product condition grades to describe the cosmetic condition and battery-health standard of eligible devices.

  • Excellent means the product is 100% functional, has minimal signs of previous use, and has battery health of 90% or above where battery health is measurable and applicable.
  • Very Good means the product is 100% functional, has light signs of previous use, and has battery health of 85% or above where battery health is measurable and applicable.
  • The difference between Excellent and Very Good is mainly cosmetic condition and battery threshold. Both grades are tested to be functional before dispatch.
  • Minor marks, scratches, or signs of previous use may be present depending on the selected grade.
05

Battery Health Disclosure

Battery-health readings and normal battery ageing.

Battery health is checked before listing or dispatch where the device operating system provides a measurable battery-health reading.

Battery-health thresholds apply at the time of Regrade inspection or dispatch unless the product page states otherwise.

Important: Rechargeable batteries are consumable components and naturally reduce in performance over time. Normal battery health reduction after delivery is not covered under warranty. Battery warranty applies only to confirmed abnormal battery defects, subject to inspection and the Regrade Warranty Policy.
06

Regional Variant, Non-TDRA & Network Compatibility Disclosure

Disclosure for UAE, GCC, international, and non-TDRA variants.

Regrade may sell certified pre-owned or refurbished devices that were originally manufactured, distributed, or intended for different regional markets, including GCC, Middle East, US, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, or other international variants.

Before sale, Regrade takes reasonable steps to verify that applicable devices are unlocked, clean-status, not reported lost or stolen where commercially verifiable, and compatible with supported UAE mobile networks as stated on the product page.

Unless expressly stated on the product page, Regrade does not guarantee that every device is a UAE TRA/TDRA retail variant, UAE-spec unit, or originally distributed through UAE-authorised retail channels.

Regional differences may include SIM configuration, eSIM support, physical SIM availability, FaceTime or regional software behaviour, network band support, charger plug type, packaging, model number, regulatory markings, warranty/service eligibility, or manufacturer support availability.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product page before purchase, including SIM configuration, network compatibility, model variant, and any regional disclosure.

Regrade does not cover issues arising solely from disclosed regional differences, unsupported carrier features, manufacturer regional restrictions, third-party service limitations, or features unavailable due to the device’s original market, provided such limitations were disclosed before purchase.

07

Arabic Language Support Disclosure

Arabic language support may vary by brand, model, software, and region.

Some products sold by Regrade may not support full Arabic language features, Arabic keyboard options, Arabic system menus, Arabic regional services, or Arabic-specific software functions.

Arabic language support may vary depending on the product brand, model, operating system, software version, regional variant, and manufacturer settings.

Where Arabic language support is important to the customer, the customer should check the product page or contact Regrade before placing an order.

Regrade is not responsible for the absence, limitation, or later removal of Arabic language features where such limitation is caused by the product’s regional variant, manufacturer software, operating system, third-party application, or service-provider restriction.

08

Product Information, Availability & Box Contents

Product details, stock limits, photos, and included items.

Regrade aims to display accurate product details, including product model, storage, colour, condition grade, SIM/network details, warranty period, included accessories, and pricing.

Product availability may change because stock is limited and may be unit-specific.

Product photos may be representative unless the product page states that the photos show the exact unit. Cosmetic condition may vary within the stated grade.

Regrade may cancel or refuse an order before dispatch if the item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described due to a clear error, suspected fraud occurs, payment fails, or delivery details cannot be verified. If payment was already collected, Regrade will refund the collected amount through the original or agreed refund method.

The product page will state what is included with the product.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, original manufacturer box, original charger, original cable, ear tips, manuals, accessories, or other packaging items are not guaranteed.

Free gifts, complimentary accessories, packaging items, screen protectors, cases, or bundled items may not carry the same warranty as the main product unless expressly stated.

09

Prices, VAT, Orders & Payment

AED pricing, invoices, order acceptance, payment methods, and COD charges.

All prices are listed in AED.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.

A tax invoice or digital purchase invoice will be issued as required by applicable UAE tax rules. The invoice may show seller details, TRN, invoice date/number, product description, price, VAT treatment, and delivery/COD fees where applicable.

Delivery fees, COD charges, BNPL charges, remote-area charges, return-collection fees, or any other charges must be clearly shown before checkout confirmation where applicable.

An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout and receives an order acknowledgement.

Regrade’s acceptance of the order occurs when Regrade confirms stock, payment or COD verification, and dispatches or confirms the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Regrade may contact the customer to verify the order before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Accepted payment methods may include online card/payment gateway, Cash on Delivery, BNPL providers, or other methods shown at checkout.

Regrade does not store full card details on its own systems. Card processing is handled by third-party payment providers and/or Shopify/payment infrastructure.

If the customer uses Tabby, Tamara, or another third-party payment/finance provider, the provider’s own terms, approval process, fees, instalment schedule, and refund mechanics may apply in addition to Regrade’s policies.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an AED 20 COD service charge. The COD charge must be displayed before order confirmation where applicable. The refundability of the COD charge may depend on the reason for return/refund and applicable law.
10

Delivery

UAE delivery timelines, customer address obligations, and possible delays.

Regrade delivers within the United Arab Emirates unless stated otherwise.

Standard delivery is estimated at 2–4 days, subject to stock availability, order verification, payment/COD confirmation, address accuracy, public holidays, courier availability, and other circumstances outside Regrade’s control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Customers must provide accurate address, phone number, emirate, building/villa details, access instructions, and availability.

Incorrect details, non-response, refusal to accept delivery, or customer unavailability may cause delay, rescheduling, cancellation, or additional charges where lawful and disclosed.

11

Returns, Defects, Display Issues & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns, defective products, screen reporting, and refund timelines.

Regrade allows customer change-of-mind returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to this section, product condition, inspection, and applicable exclusions.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all included items, and must not be damaged, tampered with, altered, password locked, activation locked, account locked, or missing identifiers.

After the 7-day change-of-mind return period ends, the product will no longer be eligible for a change-of-mind return. Any issue reported after this period will be handled under the applicable Regrade warranty, if eligible.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the product description, the customer must contact Regrade promptly with the order number, issue description, and supporting photos/videos.

Regrade may inspect the product before approving repair, replacement, refund, exchange, or another remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Display reporting rule: The customer must report any visible screen or display-related issue within 10 days from the date of delivery.

This includes visible screen defects, touch issues, display flickering, screen lines visible on arrival, dead pixels, major discoloration, or display condition issues that the customer believes existed at the time of delivery.

Regrade may request photos, videos, diagnostic evidence, or product inspection before approving any remedy.

Display or screen issues reported after the 10-day display reporting period may be treated as warranty claims only if inspection confirms an eligible covered hardware defect.

Green-line issues, screen-line issues, display-line issues, or display problems appearing after delivery are not covered under Regrade’s commercial warranty, including where the issue is claimed to have appeared after software updates, firmware updates, operating-system updates, system restore, reset, recalibration, or normal use, unless applicable UAE consumer protection law requires a remedy and inspection confirms a covered defect.

Cracked screens, broken glass, pressure damage, impact damage, liquid damage, OLED burn-in, image retention, display wear, and customer-caused display damage are not covered under warranty.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible within 30 days after refund approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot practically return to the original cash source and will be processed through verified bank transfer or another approved refund method.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank processing, BNPL provider, inspection completion, product return, and customer provision of correct refund details.

12

Warranty

Warranty periods, coverage, exclusions, claim process, and repair time.

Regrade provides a limited commercial warranty for eligible products according to product category.

Product Type Warranty Period
Smartphones, tablets/iPads, laptops/MacBooks, desktop computers, mini PCs, all-in-one computers, and similar core certified devices 12 months
Smartwatches, AirPods, earbuds, headphones, wearables, audio products, and similar compact electronic devices 6 months
Apple Pencil/stylus devices, chargers, cables, adapters, keyboards, mice, trackpads, docks, hubs, power banks, controllers, networking devices, and similar accessories 1 month
Free gifts, consumables, cases, screen protectors, packaging items, used spare parts, repair tools, software services, data-transfer services, delivery charges, clearance items, faulty/for-parts items, and products marked no warranty/final sale/sold as-is No Regrade commercial warranty, subject to applicable consumer protection laws

The warranty covers eligible functional defects arising under normal use during the applicable warranty period, subject to inspection and confirmation by Regrade.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, unauthorised repair, software issues, customer data loss, normal battery degradation, cosmetic wear after delivery, network/regional limitations, disclosed defects, or excluded product categories.

The warranty claim process follows this sequence:

  • Customer reports the issue.
  • Regrade checks warranty eligibility.
  • If eligible, collection or drop-off is arranged.
  • Regrade completes device inspection and diagnosis.
  • Regrade issues a repair, replacement, refund, exchange, or rejection decision.

Collection or receipt of a product does not mean the warranty claim has been accepted. Warranty approval depends on inspection, available evidence, product records, and applicable law.

Regrade may reject a claim if the product is outside warranty, the issue is excluded, required proof is missing, the device has been tampered with, damage is customer-caused, or inspection does not confirm an eligible defect.

After the product is received by Regrade and warranty eligibility is confirmed, Regrade will aim to complete approved repairs within 10 days.

This is a target timeline and may be affected by issue type, parts availability, supplier support, inspection result, third-party service delay, and customer response time.

13

Customer Data, Accounts, Passwords & Obligations

What customers must remove, back up, inspect, and report.

Customers are responsible for backing up, transferring, removing, and securing all personal data, files, photos, videos, applications, passwords, iCloud accounts, Google accounts, Samsung accounts, device locks, screen locks, passcodes, activation locks, Find My iPhone, Factory Reset Protection, and any other user accounts before submitting a product to Regrade for return, inspection, repair, replacement, exchange, or warranty assessment.

Regrade is not responsible for customer data loss, backup failure, data-transfer failure, forgotten passwords, activation locks, account locks, software crashes, app issues, or third-party software problems, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If account locks, passwords, activation locks, or software issues prevent inspection, diagnosis, repair, reset, replacement, or resale, Regrade may reject the claim or request the customer to resolve the issue before the process can continue.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate account, order, delivery, and contact information.
  • Inspect the product promptly after delivery.
  • Report return, display, warranty, or delivery issues within the relevant timelines.
  • Back up and remove personal data before returning or submitting any product.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, passwords, and accounts unless requested otherwise by Regrade.
  • Avoid tampering with IMEI/serial identifiers, warranty seals, security labels, or internal components.
  • Use products lawfully and according to normal consumer usage conditions.
14

Website Use Restrictions & Limitation of Liability

Website misuse, liability limits, and protected consumer rights.

The customer must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, place fraudulent orders, submit false claims, or use Regrade content, logos, descriptions, or certification marks without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or product purchase.

For ordinary contractual claims, Regrade’s total liability should not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product, except where this limitation is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

15

Complaints, Dispute Resolution & Changes to Terms

How Regrade handles complaints and future updates to these Terms.

Customers may contact Regrade support at support@regrade.store with order number, product details, issue description, photos/videos where relevant, and preferred resolution.

Regrade will aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment or next step within 7 business days where possible.

Complex warranty, return, technical, or delivery cases may require inspection, third-party diagnosis, courier review, or additional evidence before final resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Competent UAE courts or authorities shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer complaint rights.

Regrade may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published at the time of order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or benefits the customer.

Updates may be made to reflect legal, operational, payment, delivery, warranty, product, or website changes.
